Patrick Tipton to Speak at Palisades Logistics Conference 2018

Patrick Tipton is a scheduled speaker at the Palisades Logistics Bi-Annual Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, June 6-10, 2018. Patrick will be speaking on the impact of block chain technology on the supply chain.

PATRICK TIPTON - Over a 25+ year career in operations, finance and law, Patrick has worked as an operator, advisor and Board member to craft and execute transformational business strategies. Patrick is experienced in CPG, manufacturing, media and technology-enabled business services. Patrick has provided thought leadership to entities ranging from early stage technology startups to multi-billion dollar international conglomerates. As an operator, Patrick has led the resuscitation of several companies, including a small-cap public sports nutrition manufacturer and a niche, enthusiast media company. As an investment banker, Patrick has led teams developing both add-on and exit strategies with supporting debt and equity financing. Much of Patrick’s advisory work has focused on the buy-side with particular facility for working with senior teams and board members to craft cohesive strategies for growth or to address difficult changes in market conditions. Patrick is also an experienced corporate attorney with expertise in securities law, mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, venture capital, private equity, licensing and general corporate matters. Patrick holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Cum Laude, from The University of Texas at Austin. Patrick is a commercial pilot, accomplished musician, woodworker, automobile restorer and the host of Showtime, an auto restoration show on YouTube.
